MidWest Lacquer, For The Love Of Grayskull

Press Sample.  MidWest Lacquer is a great indie brand to try if you haven't already.  My daughter asks to have her nails painted with MidWest Lacquer Popple frequently.  So, I was really excited to try another collection.  This collection is, For The Love Of Grayskull, and is comprised of six glittery shades.

I'm An Evil Hordak: this is described as a purple jelly with pink and purple micro holo glitters, fuschia dot glitter, teal and silver holo dot glitter, teal holo hex glitter.  Three coats plus top coat.   This is my favorite of the bunch because I love purple and I love the size of the holo glitters in the jelly.

The formula and application on these were excellent.  I did three coats for all of these because that is my preferred method of applying crellies and jellies (one thin coat, one medium coat, one thin coat).  This is a fun collection and made me remember my She-Ra nightgown I used to rock in high school (kidding! it was grade school.).

Each of these retails for $8.50 or you can buy the collection for $45.00.
